I was already trying to shop quickly, and this site just made the whole thing feel frustrating. Pages were loading slowly, stuff wasn’t easy to find, and the filters didn’t really narrow things down in a helpful way. I kept getting annoyed because I’d click on something that looked available, only to find out it was sold out or not in my size. Even checkout felt kind of clunky. For such a big brand, I expected the website to be a lot smoother and easier to use.

They got back to me after a Few days and did help me out, so I appreciate that. It just felt kinda slow overall, but at least they sorted it in the end.

I got this shirt sometime in, I wanna say, late September or maybe early October, and it was better than I expected.
